All orders are completely customisable and personalised to the recipient. Just send me all the details of your letter - and I will absolutely include it for you! All ideas are welcome (within reason!) and nothing is too big or too small when it comes to creating a
world of your own. I want these letters to be as personalised and tailored to the reader as possible, so don’t hesitate to ask questions and send over anything you want to include. If you are unsure of what to include or don’t mind - let me know and I’ll work with you for general ideas or create a letter with free reign :)

How long will my letter take?:
I currently have a 2 week turn around time on these handwritten letters. No letter is the same as the last - as each one is completely custom to the recipient. This means it takes me a little while to plan out and create a draft for each letter - as well as creating extras and all of the prep; before even writing the letter itself out. I try to keep on schedule and get them out as quick as possible - but please be mindful I am only one person and I like to spend time ensuring each letter is as perfect as it can be before sending out :)

Shipping :
I currently ship worldwide. I ship all my letters from Cheshire, UK using the Royal Mail postal service. UK letters are sent using standard first class - and typically take between 1-3 days to arrive, depending on the area. If you wish to have your parcel tracked - update your postage at check out and I will send the tracking details once posted :)
International orders are all sent out using international tracked (and also first class where available). Processing times can be between 1-2 weeks depending on the location - but tracking details will be provided so we can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you. I will do my best to rectify any postal issues where I can X
