As you can imagine, this week we have received an increase in the amount of orders we have received and also an increase in the quantity of products ordered. We post our orders via Royal Mail and all orders are sent via first class postage, *Royal Mail aims to deliver by the next working day*. All orders received by us before 3pm are posted the same day. If you have always received your orders the next day and on this occasion you haven’t, please don’t panic, it can often take a day or two longer for packages to arrive for reasons beyond our control. Also we are in an unprecedented situation and many postal workers maybe and are self isolating and to ensure smooth service some Posties are covering more than their usual round. We wish to assure you, we are well stocked despite the current increase in demand. Should there be a situation where the postal service is not running, we will aim to try and hand deliver products ordered locally in the Neath Port Talbot area where practically legal to do so.

If you are able to ‘stock up’, it maybe advised to do so if you feel you would be concerned if you order doesn’t arrive when you would usually expect i.e. the next day or if you are at all worried that you may run out in the case of self isolation or being at home looking after children and maybe va**ng a little more.

We are a family run business and have been on the journey with many of you from the start, your continued business means a lot to us and we may not be a big company but we do care!
