Firstly, thank you to everybody who has continued to support Matrix over the last week.
As many of you know, our social media accounts were unexpectedly restricted, which meant we temporarily lost the ability to get onto them and livestream our standard draws.
Rather than continue as normal, we took the decision to pause entries because we believe transparency is one of the most important parts of running a competition business. We simply weren’t comfortable conducting draws without being able to publicly stream them.
I’m currently over in England visiting family and will be back next week. Once I’m home, we’ll update all affected competitions with revised draw dates and reopen ticket sales where applicable.
All tickets currently purchased will remain valid for the new draw dates. However, if anybody would prefer a refund, that’s absolutely no problem at all. Just send us a message and we’ll get it sorted for you.
We understand this isn’t an ideal situation, but it was unfortunately outside of our control. We genuinely appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we got things resolved.
Another update, including the new draw dates, will be posted next week.
