Came in with the headstock screwed together with wood screws, the heel had a long wood screw in it, in an attempt to what I don’t know? Warped neck… etc etc.

Luckily the original cone was still intact so after a neck reset and properly repairing all the other bad repairs it’s playing and sounding beautiful!
