We love this earth that we live on 🌍 And when we take the moment to look around we notice how truly beautiful it is... And innately we know we want to protect our home planet.

There are so many good things happening in the world- good news doesn't spread as fast! We don't shout so loud about it but if we keep our eyes open and live in those wonderful moments of togetherness, joy, innovation and progress--- our mood shifts and WE can do the good things the earth requires of us.
It doesn't mean there isn't work to be done, it doesn't mean that bad things don't happen but if we can shift our attention, WE have the POWER to create positive changes around us ♥️

While I navigate getting in high quality herbal capsules/supplements as a refill option-- we happily support , a British brand organically harvesting seaweed. Here's a range of seaweed supplements for daily support for various wellness goals.

The packaging is plastic free (yes yes yes) made of glass with aluminium lids and animal free capsules!-
💚 feel free to bring back the packaging which I can sterilise and use for providing capsule prescriptions to clients.

Organic vegan friendly spf repair lotion. Created to heal the damage from that little bit too much time in the sun.

Plastic free, organically certified, this is definitely a little 'showy' and instagramable for the beach, but it's also a really lovely product.

We're at a social place where sunscreen is stupid pricey for what it is, but currently this is what it is.. and there are people out there campaigning to make it more accessible. Some countries even have free sunscreen stations for free in public. Not us though. How this will develop as the future moves forward, I'm not sure.. but if we can avoid harsh chemicals and crappy plastic, because care about our health and can invest in it- then let's do that.
