Case Study Alert: Chelsea Waterfront β
Some of our longest partnerships have followed us from one development to the next.
The manager at Chelsea Waterfront has worked with Aquamark since 2008 and, over three years ago, chose to bring us in to maintain this landmark mixed-use development in Chelsea, featuring two residential towers and the beautifully restored Lots Road Power Station.
It's a great example of how long-term relationships are built on trust, consistency, and delivering what you say you will.
Every three months, our team carries out a full window clean using a combination of rope access, a 40m MEWP, and our Water-Fed Pole system, depending on the area of the site.
One of the more unique challenges is the canal-facing elevation of Lots Road Power Station. When the tide is in, our rope access technicians can't simply descend to ground level, so we coordinate a rescue boat to collect the team from the canal before repositioning for the next drop.
Every site presents its own challenges, and that's why planning, communication, and choosing the right access method are just as important as the clean itself.
Thank you to the team at Chelsea Waterfront for trusting Aquamark over the years. Here's to continuing the partnership for many more to come π
