As I’ve said for a long time… style is never one dimensional … it isn’t something you can adopt through somebody else’s model… it already exists within all of us. ‘Personal style’ is unique.. as evident in its description. I merely collaborate with my clients in the process to find where that truly connects for them. And that is where Soul meets self!

Are you in a style rut? 👖Fancy a change? Don’t know where to begin? 👗Perhaps you’re struggling with motivation to get into fitness 🏋🏼‍♀️ or find a routine that works with you and your changing lifestyle. Have you found yourself wondering if any of this could be related to the peri menopause or perhaps you’re just eager to learn what’s to come?. For all its fear mongering, bad press and general negative implications I felt like it was time to truly embrace the path to midlife and see it for what it is. An opportunity to switch things up… make some positive changes, try new things and learn how to better improve your health and wellbeing from the inside out. For my part I’ll be talking about ways in which to embrace the new season trends, how to approach your own personal styling and suggesting ways in which you can avoid making those expensive shopping mistakes whilst showcasing a curated rail of spring summer items to immediately update your own wardrobes for the season ahead.
