Making pink flamingoA little glimpse into life in the pottery this week... 🦩

We've been making Pink Flamingos, and they're always one of the most satisfying mugs to work on. There's something about seeing a shelf full of them slowly take shape that never gets old.

From casting and cleaning to glazing and firing, every mug passes through quite a few hands before it's finished. Some weeks it's Moais, some weeks it's volcano bowls, and this week it's definitely all about the flamingos.
