✨ Opening 3 spaces for 1:1 mentoring this July…

What I’ve learned over a lifetime of observing, listening, and growing is that transformation doesn’t always need intensity.

Sometimes it needs gentleness.
Sometimes it needs someone to sit with you, reflect things back, and help you see the next step clearly.
And sometimes… it needs a little creativity to soften the edges.

My 1:1 sessions are designed to meet you where you are — in person or virtually.

If we’re together in person, we craft as we talk.
If we’re online, I can post a kit out to you…
or we can keep it simple and focus purely on conversation.
There’s no pressure, only options.

Crafting during sessions isn’t just “something nice to do”.
It lowers cortisol, keeps the nervous system steady, and makes deep conversations feel lighter and more spacious.

You leave with clarity, ideas you can action, inspiration for your next level, and — if we craft — a quilled card you’ve made with your own hands.
A reminder of your creativity and resilience.

I’m not here as someone who has “arrived”.
I’m someone who has been learning my whole life — staying curious, and realistic.

But I know how powerful it is to have someone beside you who can offer perspective, spark ideas, and help you shape an action plan that actually feels doable.

If you’re ready for a gentle, grounded space to grow…
I have five openings this quarter.
One step at a time.

Some milestones fall on days when life doesn’t pause — birthdays, anniversaries, special moments… and yet the alarm still goes off, the commute still happens, the inbox still fills.

And that’s okay.

You don’t always need a day off to celebrate something meaningful.

There’s something quietly beautiful about honouring life’s moments within the rhythm of an ordinary working day.

A favourite breakfast before you leave.
A slower cup of tea.
A voice note from someone you love.
A tiny ritual that says: this day matters.

As working adults, we don’t always get the luxury of stepping away — but we do get to choose how we hold the day.

We get to choose softness.
We get to choose presence.
We get to choose celebration in the in-between moments.

And sometimes, those small intentional touches feel even more meaningful than a big plan.

A walk after work.
A dinner you actually sit down for.
Lighting a candle.
A slice of cake at 9pm.
A moment to look at the person you love — or at yourself — and say: we made it to another year.

Milestones don’t always need grand gestures.

They need awareness.
They need heart.
They need you to notice the moment as it passes.

Because life isn’t only lived on holidays — it’s lived on ordinary Wednesdays too. ✨

📚✨ Exam season has officially begun… and I realised something important this year.
When the timetable came out, I didn’t wait. I immediately blocked out those weeks in my diary. I marked the days I’d work from home. I even took today as annual leave — simply to be here, to hold the energy, to witness this moment that will never come back.

I’m genuinely grateful to be in a position where I can choose presence over pressure — not every parent gets that flexibility, and I don’t take it for granted.

There’s something powerful about being present in the background…
🍲 cooking
🧺 cleaning
🏡 keeping the home steady
🧘‍♀️ keeping myself calm so none of my overwhelm spills into their space

Teens absorb everything — tone, tension, energy — and during exams, that matters more than ever. They may not say it, but they feel the steadiness. They feel the calm. They feel the home holding them.

Watching them step into this season, especially for the first time, is a whole experience.
The healthy pressure.
The realisation.
The “oh… this counts” moment.
Not always welcomed, but definitely an eye‑opener.

And all we can do is gently remind them:
✨ “You know what you know.”
✨ “Now go and see what the examiner has planned for you today.”

Because beyond the grades, this process builds resilience.
It marks a milestone.
It teaches them how to navigate 18+ exams over six intense weeks — which is no joke.
Cortisol will be sky‑high, emotions everywhere… and that’s exactly why grounded adults matter.

🧘‍♀️ Steady presence
🧘‍♀️ Soft energy
🧘‍♀️ A calm home

These moments won’t come back, and I want to be fully here for them — not just physically, but emotionally. Our energy becomes their template. If we stay grounded, they learn how to stay grounded too.

Hard work + prayers = success.
Every single time. 🙏🏻

Getting ready for The Stitch Festival ✂️💙

I’ve been working on a sample piece so participants can see what’s possible with denim quilling — something tactile, a little unexpected, and calming to create.

Kits are now underway too.
Strips cut. Materials coming together. Slowly building what each person will sit down to experience.

And a small moment that felt quite special…
I found myself on the Stitch Festival app as a featured teacher.

It’s taken time to get here.
But it’s starting to feel very real now.

Looking forward to sharing this space with you — to make, pause, and begin the day a little differently.

Wishing all the mummies out there a Happy Mother’s Day 🌺

There is nothing I can do to repay my mum for everything she does for me. Yesterday I had a therapeutic origami session explaining to our next generation of girls that our mums do more than just cooking, try and reflect on deep things that your mums do.

Being a mum now myself makes everything make sense, they coped with so much with so little. Everyone has a process to unfold and rewire their past to let go so they continue thriving today, but in the process remember that our childhood was filled with so much unconditional love 🥰

It's my birthday week 🎂
And I’m finally sharing something I’ve wanted to do for years.

I’ll be hosting a denim quilling workshop at The Stitch Festival — a quiet, early-morning space to slow down, create, and begin the day gently.

We’ll work with denim ribbon, rolling and shaping it into textured quilled designs that can be framed, gifted, or used for future projects.

It’s mindful.
It’s tactile.
It's wearable.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported this journey — quietly or loudly — along the way.

January has a habit of shouting when it should be listening.

Earlier this month, I shared a video saying that January is lying to you - that it isn’t the month for perfectly formed goals, but for reflection, noticing patterns, and understanding what’s actually going on beneath the surface.

So here’s my reality check, on the last day of the month.

January wasn’t neat or planned. It asked for flexibility, honesty, and quiet resilience.

A snippet of what that actually looked like:
✔️ Navigating family health priorities (my family always comes first).✔️ Many job rejections - that only meant I was getting closer to the one that will align with my values.✔️ Signing a new contract.✔️ Pivoting travel plans (India paused - and that’s okay).
✔️ Attending a Health Convention.
✔️ Wrote an article on AI and submitted a Q1 reflection nugget for a newsletter.✔️ Cherishing stress-free time for morning Tai Chi, gym routine and fuelling my body properly.✔️ Returning to journaling last week, working with my energy, not against it.✔️ Letting my natural curls be just that - natural.✔️ Signing four new customers.
✔️ Saying goodbye to a dear friend - a reminder on how precious life truly is.

None of it was on a vision board. All of it was real life.

Choosing analysis over pressure stripped back expectation and restored perspective. It reminded me that progress often looks quieter than we expect - persistence, adaptation, and staying open when things don’t go to plan. I truly had big dreams like everyone, with a little feeling reminding me at the back of my mind whilst navigating everything life had planned for me.

You’ve still got eleven months ahead. Let what you’ve noticed guide what comes next.

January doesn’t need to be rushed.

It’s okay if clarity hasn’t arrived yet.

Sometimes it only comes after we slow down.

I’ve been sharing a few calm reflections — on work pressure, pace, and creating space to breathe.

If you need a quieter voice today, you’ll find it on YouTube.

A soft beginning.
A quiet step into a new year.
No rush, no pressure - just presence.
Here’s to 2026 unfolding one moment at a time.

This year I began my journey as a contractor while studying Marketing, with so many unplanned and unexpected events along the way — each one shaping its own life‑changing path.
I’m ending the year by completing my contract work and giving 100% of my time to Mindfulness Craft.

Another year of unexpected turns, quiet growth, and learning to trust the path as it unfolded.

Thank you for being part of my 2025 journey.
