What I added to my vege salad overload? Turning my regular salad bowl into a Super Healthy Middle Eastern Inspired salad :
🥗 The combination of sweet gem lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, carrot, beans, red onion, corriander, mint, greek salad cheese, lemon juice, sumac, apple cider vinegar, plain yougurt. Extra virgin oil. Salt and ground black pepper to taste. I forgot to mention Pomegranate sauce.
- optional to add: grapes, mango, avocado, pomegranate, corn
