NEW CAR PARK REGULATIONS
In response to customer feedback we have updated our car park terms
From today 17/11/ 25 a new car park system has gone live. Customers who use the car park must spend a minimum of £5 in M&S to be able to validate their 2hr free parking, without validation customers will be subjected to a fine.
There will be a Euro Car Park Team member(s) who will be on site each day to advise and help customers with queries over the first month of introduction.
VALIDATION:
For customers to validate their parking, they must show the member of staff hosting tills their receipt of £5. The member of staff will then print a voucher and hand to the customer.
Customers will then need to go into the car park, scan their voucher and enter their registration in the newly installed machines at the right of the foodhall exit. This will complete validation which takes about 20seconds. Customers then have 10mins to exit the car park.
Disabled bays will not be affected.
