How often do we stop and take a minute to appreciate all that is amazing and beautiful in our lives? Not the material things but… Family. Friends. Health. Feeling warm. Having food in I eat. Somewhere to live. Being able to breathe in that last breath we took. Remind yourself of this and you will start to realise that everything you have is more than enough. This is how the children in our lives will understand what really matters and feel that sense of contentment from a young age and as they grow up
