Last night, Shueisha unveiled a brand new limited-time manga platform,

MANGA MILLION,
to celebrate its 100th anniversary. It is scheduled to remain open until December 2027.
Currently, the platform features about 400 titles and offers translations in a hundred languages.
Basically, translations are available in almost any language you can think of, and Chinese is even divided into Traditional Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), and Simplified Chinese.
The number of available titles and serialized chapters varies depending on the language, and not all chapters of a series are uploaded.
For instance, there are 382 titles available in English; taking ONE PIECE as an example, chapters are provided up to Chapter 108.
In Traditional Chinese, there are 87 titles available (as shown in the attached image); taking ONE PIECE as an example, chapters are provided up to Chapter 108.
In Norwegian, there are only 2 titles available; taking ONE PIECE as an example, chapters are provided up to Chapter 2.
However, the user interface on the website
only supports 11 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Thai, German, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Hindi, Russian, and Vietnamese.
If fans from Taiwan visit the website, the interface will mostly default to the Simplified Chinese version.
In addition, it was announced that after mid-August, 30 titles currently serialized under Shueisha will gradually be updated on this platform, offering the latest serialized chapters (updated about 2 to 3 weeks after their original publication).
ONE PIECE is one of these titles, and it is expected to be available in 96 languages by then.
As for whether other unmentioned titles will have more chapters released on the platform in the future, it is still uncertain.
Simply put, Shueisha has provided a new platform (excluding Japan) that allows fans around the world to read partial serializations of its works for free.
As for those who want to read the complete works or keep up with the latest serializations, overseas readers will still need to use JUMP+ to read the original Japanese text, MANGA Plus for the English version, or local language versions provided by other authorized overseas publishers.
