Alexandre Bonnet is famous for its Pinot Noir style of Champagne which delivers richness and structure. 🇫🇷

The blend in the Grande Reserve Brut is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay and with 9g / litre of dosage. 🧐

The appellation "Brut" refers to really dry wines and this one does make it justice! 😉

Single Malt from one of the oldest Speyside distilleries founded by George Taylor in 1786! 😲

This bottling is aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Sherry giving the dark colour and fruity hints. 🍊

Nose: Oaky, Floral with notes of Baked Pastries. 🥐

Palate: Malty with notes of Sultanas and Cinnamon. 🤤

Finish: Long finish with heavy Red Fruits. 🍒

A traditional French liqueur made with fresh elderflowers, hand-picked once a year in the late spring. As the most iconic natural elderflower liqueur, its flavour is delicate and captivating. 😍

Monkey Shoulder - 40% ABV 🥃

Monkey Shoulder Scotch is a blend from William Grant of three different single malts from the Speyside. The result is a Smooth & Creamy dram which works great neat, over ice and especially in whisky cocktails. 🍹

In the traditional malt whisky making process, malted barley is turned by hand by malt men using large heavy malt shovels. Years ago, some malt men would develop a strain injury which had a tendency to cause their arm to hang down a bit like a monkey's, so they nicknamed it 'monkey shoulder'. 😲

Nose: Orange, Vanilla, Honey and Tannins. 🧡

Palate: More Vanilla with light Spicy Kick. 🤤

Finish: Smooth & Short with hint of Black Pepper. 👌
