John went out with the first EKOJOggErs today. He was joined by Tom and Anton. They had a nice jog down the lane, back along the canal and followed it up with a drink back at If you fancy joining John next Sunday (I’ll be joining in a couple of weeks time) just come down or send me a message if you want more info. Meet time 9.15 and just a reminder that the jog is for all ages and abilities 😊

Next Sunday (31stMay) is our first jog around the gorgeous countryside that surrounds . Meeting time 9.30 at EkoJoe - The Ford. Off Mill lane. Sadly I (Dawn) won’t be there as I am working . However John will be and he would LOVE to see you. A couple of you have asked questions about pace etc. Just to re-iterate this is a judgement free jog and will deffo be gentle to start with while we find our feet. Any questions ping them my way X

Yay to running everyday while we were away on holiday. Seriously never thought I would say this!! Running through the cobbled streets of Sorrento was just gorgeous (if a little testing on the legs!!) Countered the huge amount of time we spent lying horizontal on sun beds it has to be said. 🇮🇹❤️

Proper geeking out today at The National Running Show. 2 years ago this 60+ year old would have LOL’d at being so keen to be here. I usually shy away from saying Hello to media folk but couldn’t help myself when I can across these two people. I listen regularly to the podcast. Always find and so relatable and often listen when I’m out on a run. Thank you both. It was so nice to meet you 😊
