Peacocks Farm started with a simple idea ā to build a family farm that produces great food while caring for our animals, our land, and our local community.
Over the last few years, we've evolved quickly, learning what works best in the Lake District and where we can make the biggest difference. That journey has led us to pigs.
Our ambition is to become one of the only independent pig farms operating within the Lake District National Park, producing high-quality pork, bacon and sausages from animals raised with care right here in the Lakes.
We're building a true field-to-fork business, giving people the opportunity to know exactly where their food comes from and who produced it.
As a family-run farm, every decision we make is personal. We aren't a large corporation or an intensive farming operation. We're local people investing in local food production and creating something we hope the Lake District can be proud of.
This is just the beginning, and we're excited to share the journey with you.
