Name tags for for this Friday’s Business Expo.

Cut to size out of two ply acrylic we use for custom labels, this time, printed on the new UV printer! Nice to have a spot of colour on them. Magnetic backs added to them to save from holes in clothes.

So it’s finally ready to roll out, we are now able to do boards up to a Jumbo/comedy size engraved and up to large back printed!

I’ve done a few boards and other things for different jobs in the last 12 months (NDA’s etc, I will post about them once they are out) but have also been asked a few times about back printed boards so with even more investment (who needs profit…) I now have a UV printer and they are coming out incredibly well!

So when things pick up keep me in mind, even if it’s late notice, I’m 10 - 20 mins from and so if it’s easier to talk in person or you can’t wait on postage/delivery I’ll always do what I can to help!

I got a call from a very nice guy who clearly had made endless calls to try and create a one of a kind gift for his son’s 30th birthday. He asked if I could engrave a picture on glass and I could hear the relief in his voice when I said yes. It’s not easy to do but I knew it’d mean a lot and he was so happy when he saw the results:
“Wow I’m very impressed and very pleased with your work James. Thank you so much.”

Always nice to hear people are pleased with the results and I even saw him sitting in his car taking photos of it before he left.

A closer look at the results of my wrapped tumbler test.

Doing full wraps on tumblers are all the rage for laser owners especially in the states and I assumed it would be fraught with problems but this came out amazingly!

Engraved using the Pronto and on the incredible PiBurn Grip 2.

Another personalised gift, this multitool was brought to me but we weren’t able to find any info on what the coatings were unfortunately so 3 different results with the same settings but they were still pleased with the results.
