From failing subfloor to a full transformation 🔥

This floor was badly crumbling underneath, with the subfloor failing and nowhere near suitable for a new finish.

We stripped it back, carried out the correct preparation work, made the floor sound and level again, then completed the transformation with a stunning herringbone finish.

A lot of people think LVT and vinyl are the same thing… but there’s actually a big difference 👇

✅ Vinyl flooring = the general category
✅ LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) = the premium version

Standard vinyl is usually thinner, cheaper, and comes in large rolls or basic plank designs.

LVT is built tougher, looks far more realistic, and is designed to handle heavy foot traffic, pets, kids, and everyday life without wearing out as quickly.
