✨ Oak fold over games trolley ✨

A useful oak fold over trolley dating to around 1930's, combining the practicality of a serving or occasional table with a folding top that opens out to form a larger baize-lined games surface.

The trolley is made in oak and raised on slender barley twist supports with castors below, giving it a light, mobile form. In its closed position it works neatly as a compact side trolley or lamp table, with a useful undertier below for storage or display. The hinged top opens out to reveal a green baize-lined surface, making it particularly well suited to cards, board games or occasional entertaining.

It is a versatile piece with good traditional character, barley twist detailing and a practical footprint, equally at home in a sitting room, snug or hallway ~ £70.00

✨ Bergère armchair ✨

Bergère armchair dating to around 1920 / 1930's , combining a dark polished walnut frame with caned panels and an upholstered seat.

The chair has a gently shaped crest, scrolling arms and cabriole front legs, giving it the relaxed elegance associated with French revival seating. Cane panels to the back and sides keep the form light, while the upholstered seat and lower panels add both comfort and softness. The neutral woven upholstery sits well with the darker frame and allows the shape of the chair to remain the main focus.

This is a decorative and useful chair that would work well in a sitting room, bedroom or hallway corner, either as an occasional seat or simply as a standalone accent piece.

SOLD ✨ Occasional table with embroidered panel ✨

An unusual early 20th-century occasional table, combining a finely proportioned mahogany frame with a colourful embroidered panel protected beneath glass.

The circular top is edged with carved detailing and inset with an embroidered floral design featuring a bird, butterfly and an arrangement of flowers and scrolling motifs. The soft colours of the textile contrast particularly well with the darker timber surrounding it.

Below, four slender cabriole legs are finished with carved knee detail and shaped feet, giving the table a light and elegant profile.

Compact and decorative, this would work particularly well beside an armchair or sofa, as a lamp table, or simply as an accent piece where the embroidered top can be appreciated

✨ Side cabinet ✨

A well-proportioned vintage side cabinet, dating from around the 1960s–1970s and designed in the traditional Jacobean Style.

The cabinet is fitted with a pair of panelled cupboard doors opening to useful shelved storage, with a full-width drawer below. The drawer front is detailed with a repeating arched motif and turned wooden handles, while turned front supports and an open lower shelf give the piece a balanced, practical form.

Finished in a rich dark oak tone, the cabinet has the substantial traditional character typical of British revival furniture of the period, while remaining a useful size for modern interiors. A removable glass protector sits over the top, making it particularly practical for use as a side cabinet, drinks cabinet, lamp table or hallway piece ~ £125.00

✨ Oak display cabinet ✨

A well-proportioned 1930s oak display cabinet with glazed front and sides, raised on elegant cabriole legs.

The single glazed door is particularly well detailed, with slender timber glazing bars with a carved central motif. Glazed side panels allow light into the cabinet from several directions, while two glass shelves provide three useful levels for displaying ceramics, glassware or collectables.

The warm oak finish retains good depth of colour and visible grain, complemented by the restrained moulded detailing and gently shaped feet. The back of the cabinet has been painted in white.

A useful and decorative cabinet for a sitting room, dining room or hallway, particularly suited to displaying smaller collections or would make a fantastic drinks cabinet.
