🦕 FOSSILS 🦕

One of our favourite fossils is ORTHOCERAS 💜💜

Orthoceras is a type of extinct ‘nautiloid cephalopod’ which is a type of sea creature that lived over 400 million years ago!!! 💜

Orthoceras fossils range from 1cm - 14 feet long. They are often found on a rock matrix and can then be carved into different shapes, it is so hard and durable it can even be used to create furniture and even water fountains! 💜
