We welcome you to our Poppy Patch shop A lovely barn conversion with a spacious and light filled classroom and fabric shop. We supply quality products and training services to keen or novice hobbyists. We are based in a converted barn in the quiet village of Great Doddington, 7 miles from Northampton, and just twelve miles from junction 15 of the M1.

We have a fabulous Workshop booked for this August called Get to Know Your Sewing Machine with Jayne Brogan.
It is on Saturday 8th August and is aimed at giving you more confidence to use your sewing machine to its full potential. Jayne has taught these types of classes for many years with Janome and you may well have seen her at the shows on the Janome stand!
(Any modern sewing machine suitable for this class except Bernina. Please let us know which sewing machine you will be bringing on booking). We look forward to welcoming you ❤️

We have a Charity Sit and Sew on Saturday 20th June for the Wellingborough Daylight Centre Fellowship ♥️
If you would like to join like minded sewers from 9.30 – 3.30pm on Saturday 20th June, join us upstairs at Poppy Patch.
Tea and coffee will be included for £13 which 50% will be donated to the Daylight Centre Fellowship in the form of food for the food bank side of their business.
Bring along any sewing project (with or without your sewing machine) and spend the day chatting and sewing. We would love to donate some quilts to this organisation (and have done already) so if you would like to attend to make quilts, we would love that too.
