Planning an event can feel like juggling a dozen things at once, but securing your perfect marquee shouldn't be one of them! 🎪✨
We’ve kept our booking process incredibly simple, transparent, and stress-free so you can focus on the fun parts of planning. Here is exactly what to expect when you work with us:
📞 Step 1: Get in Touch
Got questions or need to make adjustments? We’re always here! Reach out via phone or email anytime to discuss your vision.
📋 Step 2: Confirmation & Planning
Around 14 days before your big day, we’ll send over your full booking details, customized marquee floor plans, and delivery/collection logistics. You’ll have 2–3 days to review everything and make sure it’s exactly how you want it.
💳 Step 3: Final Invoice & Payment
Once you’ve given us the green light on the final plan, we will issue your final invoice. Payment is comfortably due within 5 days of issue.
