People often ask me what actually happens at my gua sha teacher trainings.
And honestly… it’s probably a lot than you expect.
We don’t rush through techniques.
We take time to understand the face - the lymph, the fascia, the nervous system and how everything connects.
There’s space to ask questions.
To practice and practice again.
To feel the work in your own hands before you ever think about teaching it to someone else.
This isn’t about memorising a sequence or performing for the room.
It’s about learning how to read the face in front of you, adapt your touch, and work with confidence and care.
I work in small groups so everyone is seen and supported.
Corrections are gentle.
There’s no pressure to be perfect.
There’s also so much laughter, support, sharing and some of the best stories EVER!
By the end, people don’t just leave with new skills.
They leave feeling grounded, capable, supported and clear in their approach.
