Featured on Lambton Park UK, a landmark residential development in County Durham, these two chosen bricks were specified for their warm tones, gentle texture and heritage-appropriate character. Used in a number of intricate ways, the dual-tone brickwork highlights the complex architectural detailing that makes this scheme such a success.

Working with Theakston Land and Pod Architects Ltd, Stephen Bryden played a key role in securing the project specification and advising on the detailed facade features that shape the development’s identity.

Tonight’s the night 🥂

We’re looking forward to this evening’s Brick Development Association (BDA) Brick Awards where Lambton park is shortlisted in the Housing Development (2-100 units) category.

Our Sales Director, Stephen Bryden worked alongside Pod Architects to secure the specification of the bricks used on this Miller Homes Ltd scheme.

A great new project for Newcastle upon Tyne that we’re excited to continue working on through the remaining phases.

Modular construction minimises disruption on healthcare project 🚑.

Working closely with modular construction experts, Actiform, our sales manager Mark Ward was able to translate the original design from P+HS Architects into a modular project without compromising on quality.

Mark's hard work resulted in a streamlined project timeline with reduced interference to Cumberland Infirmary’s clinical operations. By assembling much of the facade’s inner structure at Actiform’s off-site facility, the project also benefitted from enhanced quality overall.

Brick slip cladding from FabSpeed UK and perforated metal cladding from ItalMesh were then expertly installed on site by Building and Facade Solutions Ltd.
