Dusty is my full time milker now and she’s an absolute star, she’s such a good girl, wonders over to the milker no bother, just stands minding her own business, she’s a dream, not a massive producer but as all my freezer are full even the house ones 😅 and this milk is now going to the two orphan lambs still out in the shed, they weren’t doing to well but back on the goats milk and they’ve perked up again. Thank you Dusty, she’s also relieved her two big boys are no longer boxing her about! 😅

A friend ask me to make some nettle soap for his horse, who is having a problem with her skin. So after being stung more times than I care to mention, I took my nettles home and used half in my dehydrator and the other half I boiled and I’ve made some soaps, I’ve infused one batch with lavender and the other with tea-tree and chamomile, now to let them cure for 4 weeks 😅
