📣 SHOP UPDATE!

I’ve got a few exciting changes happening behind the scenes at The Crafty Cottage, so I wanted to give you all a little heads up!

The shop will be CLOSED from Thursday 27th August and will reopen on Tuesday 1st September.

I’m taking a very much-needed little break… but I’m also going to be having a BIG move around in the shop! 👀

There are some changes coming, and although it’s a little bittersweet, I’m really excited about what’s to come!

🧵 Sadly, the majority of our haberdashery range will be going. We will still stock all the essentials such as buttons, crochet hooks, knitting needles and other useful bits, but you may notice that section looking a little bare for a while as I make space for some NEW STOCK!

And speaking of new stock…

🧶 MORE WOLANS YARN HAS ARRIVED! 🧶

We’ve got some gorgeous brand-new shades, plus… some other VERY exciting pieces that I can’t wait to show you! 🤭

I’ll be sharing sneak peeks as things start arriving, so make sure you’re following along!

One little exception to our closure:
🧶 Beginner Crochet Workshop will still be running on the evening of Friday 28th August as planned.

It’s a big change, but I’m so excited to make room for some things I’ve been wanting to bring in for a while!

A BIG custom octopus has landed at The Crafty Cottage! 💙

Our big octopus in the shop has become a bit of a celebrity, so it was only a matter of time before someone needed one of their very own!

This one is a custom order, made using the gorgeous Bernat in Blue Lagoon — and I’m absolutely in love with how this colourway has turned out!

And yes… you can have one too! 🐙

Whether you want something bright and colourful, soft and neutral or completely bonkers… I’ll work my crochet magic!

I’ve personally purchased many of The Knotty Boss’s printables and patterns over the years and have always found them incredibly designed and written. If you don’t already follow her, I’d definitely recommend checking out her Instagram too for lots of crochet inspiration!
