Recent full bathroom transformation completed in Tayport for Fiona and this one was all about unlocking what the space was always capable of. Old, tired and dated going in. Not anymore.

The room wasn't being used to anywhere near its full potential so we stripped everything back to bare and started fresh. 5 days start to finish. 💥

💥 Proper ventilation sorted from the off cored a new hole to get it right. No shortcuts.
💥 Low level shower tray fitted flush to the floor with chrome waste to give it a premium finish.
💥 1m fixed glass panel with support bar keeping the lines clean and the space open.
💥 Bar mixer drench head shower round head alongside a
feature wall in Fibo Olive Green brick effect bold, warm, exactly the right call for the space.
💥 Main walls in Fibo Sandstone keeping everything grounded alongside it.
💥 Klickflooring Matt Stone underfoot tying everything together.
💥 Large LED backlit mirror, chrome towel warmer and close coupled WC with soft close seat finishing the room off properly.

What a weekend. 🏆

Huge congratulations to Luca Flynn on his victory at the weekend what a night to be part of. Celebrating 80 years of Lochee Boys Club and watching Luca deliver like that made it extra special.

And if that wasn’t enough Luca has been selected this week to represent Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 at the 4 Nations in the 60kg elite category alongside England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, Ireland 🇮🇪 and Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

Boxed away space, dated layout, nowhere near where it needed to be. The customer knew it. We knew it the moment we walked in.

First thing we did was unlock the space that had been hidden for years. From there it was about building something that actually felt worth walking into every morning.

Multipanel Misty Blue herringbone behind the bath floor to ceiling. That tile laid in herringbone does something that nothing else does. Against the Fibo Moonstone on the rest of the walls it’s a combination that just works.

Full length deep bath, bar mixer drench head square shower, floating marble effect shelf with bowl sink and Vema tall mixer tap, large backlit LED mirror with heat demister, Khars Athos flooring throughout. Every detail landed exactly where it needed to.

Modern, spacious, theirs. Job done. 🖤

This Customer had a stunning property in the heart of Dundee. He wanted to turn it into an Airbnb. There was just one thing standing in the way the bathroom wasn't good enough. 🏡

So we fixed that.

Sean and the team at Tayside Plumbers went in and transformed the main bathroom and cloakroom completely.

Smoked oak acoustic wall panelling as the feature wall.
Large format tiles throughout.
Walk-in shower with a concealed bronze drench head.

His and hers 1200 basin unit.
Brushed bronze fixtures carried consistently through every single fitting two bronze towel warmers, matching throughout.
Oak LVT flooring in the cloakroom tying the whole theme together.

The customer now has a bathroom that guests walk into and stop. That's the reaction you want when you're running an Airbnb. It's the difference between a good review and a great one. Between a booking and a return booking.

Guests are paying for an experience. The bathroom is a huge part of that experience.

Same room. Completely different feeling.

This bathroom had good foundation it just needed someone to see what it could become.

Out went the old wet wall In came dark grey stone-effect wall panels and a full-length bath screen.

Modern colours, clean lines, a room that finally matches the home around it.

Sean and the team at Tayside Plumbers breathed new life into this one from top to bottom.

When the design is this good, the installation has to match it. 🖤🪵
This one was a fit-only job for us the customer had their own vision, their own suite, their own specification.

Our job was to execute it perfectly. And that’s exactly what Sean and the team did.

Full tiling throughout in warm stone-effect brick tiles. Feature wood slat panelling floor to ceiling as the hero wall.

Black fixtures carried consistently through every detail crittall-style bath screen, round black-framed mirror, matte black shower valve, black towel warmer, black bath filler.

Completed on time.
Exactly as planned.
Not a detail missed.

Sometimes the brief is already brilliant. The job is just making sure the ex*****on matches the vision.

This one did.

Some people come to us for the full journey design, supply and installation from start to finish. Others already know exactly what they want.

They’ve chosen their tiles, picked their suite, planned the whole room. They just need a team they can trust to fit it properly.
