Yesterday's ride, i forgot to start the garmin at the beginning of the ride, approximately 47 miles covered, this takes my total for, ride 300 miles in July for cancer research to 212 miles. If anyone wishes to make a little donation, my giving page is in the comments 🙏🎗

First test ride on the road bike, quick blast down to Dover sea front and back. Not sure on distance as I forgot to set up my Google maps tracker 🙄 oh well best get that sorted for next months 300 miles for Cancer research 💪💥
