Tactical Te****les – the first collaboration between ZIRK and myself, and it’s a proper mind-melter!

Zirk created the first stages back in 2021—laying out all the geometric workings, inner grids, and painting those alternating UV red diamonds in the middle.
In 2022, he handed me this geometric beast (100cm x 150cm approx) and bravely watched me carry it away, declaring this piece would remain unfinished no more. Zirk had no idea what to expect… well, that made two of us!

The energy was already there, begging to be homed—so I did exactly that.
Layered it up with UV paints, vortex-like spiralled te****les, collage, and holographic foil, on top of a mixture of spray paint techniques.

It has a pull—like a cosmic pulse—and you can’t help but get trapped in its glow when the UV lights come on.
Not only is it UV reactive, but it has subtle glow-in-the-dark elements too. At night, it shifts into a totally different piece.

This one’s not for sale—it’s a personal and powerful portal to what lies ahead!

And this is just the beginning…

Reminders of myself. remembering my worth and how much art, photography and film I used to produce.

In 2012 I took myself back to collage and re did my gcses, aged 27 in a class of 17 year olds was actually amazing and I met some really lovely people and looking back some really good work. I can away with As in my English and Maths and a Triple Distiction * in TV and Film production.
Leaving me with 390 ucas points. I then went on the Bristol uwe to study film further.

Here’s my animation that I produced while on the course. It’s made entirely by me and the set is made out of donated, recycled and scraped materials.
I moved my bed into the living room and turned my bedroom into a studio so everything could remain as it was when left, the feral was only a toddler so a lock was put on the door and an army of friends and his dad took on a mad routine of looking after him while for 6 weeks solid I made, set up and filmed this animation.

It’s my dream to one day make an animation for a band so I made this for The Attic by In Flames but being a collage course I had to use royalty free music, be over 3mins 40secs and include sound in. BUT if you play
