I wasnāt sure whether to post this, but I know thereās men on here who might need to hear it.
Lately I havenāt been feeling 100%, not terrible, but just not myself.
I went to see a hypnotherapy counsellor, and Iāll be honestāit made a bigger difference than I expected.
Not just in my head, but in how I carry myself, my confidence, even my energy.
The mad thing is, people around me noticed it straight away. Friends and even customers commented on the change without me saying anything.
Thatās when I realised how much Iād actually been holding onto.
I know a lot of men donāt talk about this stuff, or think they should just āget on with itāāIāve been the same myself.
But thereās nothing weak about sorting your head out.
If anything, itās one of the strongest things you can do.
If youāre not feeling yourself, or things just feel off, donāt ignore it.
Do something about it.šš½
I donāt usually post things like this on here, but I feel this is worth sharing.
I recently went to see Peter at nihypnosistraining on the Foyle Road, and honestly itās one of the best things Iāve ever done.
From the first session, I felt a massive difference. Not just in my mind but in my confidence, my energy, even my body language.
I went back for a second session as a top-up, and again, the difference was unreal.
Before I went in, I wasnāt myself. After it, even people around me noticed straight away. Friends, customers everyone said the same thing.
Thatās how powerful it was.
Iāve already recommended Peter to a few people, and every one of them said it was one of the best things theyāve done.
