It's been a while since I've posted so I thought I'd take this opportunity for a page update and provide some general information.
SHOP AND PRICES
You might have noticed I've added the "Shop" button and facility to my page which hopefully will make it easier for you all to see what I have on offer. I will continue to post photos on this page but please bear with me because I'm not Facebook savvy yet 🤣
My prices are largely based on the size of the bow but also the amount of fabric, embellishments and time taken to produce, etc. Prices should be listed with items on the shop but if I post photos I'll always try to add the price. However if there's anything you want to know don't hesitate to ask.
Most of my items can be altered in respect of size for example or personalised (however this may incur additional charges). Again, if you want anything altering just ask and I'll see what I can do.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Postage cost will be in addition to any prices listed on the shop. I can combine postage if more than one item is purchased. 1st class postage and packaging will generally be an additional £3 but this will generally be dependant on size of the package. I'm more than happy to deliver locally but this is at my discretion and may still be liable to a reduced postage and packaging cost.
Current turnover of orders is generally a 10-14 days as I make, prepare, pack and post all orders myself along with being sole parent to two little monsters...I mean children!! Please therefore ensure you take this timeframe into account when ordering. However if you do requite something at short notice please contact me and I will always try to accommodate where I can. Most items are on a first come first served basis and will not generally be restocked. Once they're gone they're gone.
SAFETY
Lastly, I want all my customers to enjoy their purchases and be safe whislt doing so. All my items are handmade with the highest quality materials and I always ensure they are made to last and to a very high standard. However my items are not recommended for children under 3 years due to small parts and nothing I sell is intended to be used as a toy. Small parts could constitute a choking hazard and children should be supervised at all times whilst using my products. Children should never be left to sleep in or with any of my items. All my products should be kept away from fire or naked flames and any packaging the items are provided in should be properly disposed of and kept away from children to avoid any danger of suffocation.
Sorry for such a long post but I just wanted to get all that information out to you clearly in one post instead of on each individual item.
