When we sell our products to customers online we don’t always know the story behind their choices. Sometimes it’s a thoughtful gift for others and sometimes it’s to treat oneself or make a home feel cosy and comfortable. Paulette kindly send this message about some soaps she bought recently as the natural olive oil in these soaps helped her skin especially as she was living in a hard water area. Who’d of thought we were problem solvers too, it’s good to know we provide a great service whatever the challenge.

I can’t believe we are half way through the year already, and having a small independent business means you have to constantly look at what you are doing to keep your eye on the ball and keep abreast of the latest developments. We’ve been reviewing our online product range, how we present it and we are looking to refine the collections to work as either single items or bundle them together to make unique gift collections. Each collection will be carefully curated to reflect our values of sourcing Artisan, handcrafted and thoughtful gifts and homeware, perfect for those special people you have in mind.
