Arrived yesterday afternoon and now off to enjoy a brew at our onsite tackle shop.

Please if you accidentally hook a swan... don't pull for a break or just leave without letting us know.

It takes a few minutes for us to coax it over and unhook it.. many of you will have seen myself do this. Call us straight away..

This poor swan was hooked and had to be sent away to the swan sanctuary for surgery.

Please ensure you're by your rods at all times.

Many thanks to the team at The Swan Sanctuary for your assistance.

Please ensure all line, rubbish and hooks are put into a bag whilst your Fishing and not discarded around the fishery.

We are upping our checks now on leaders, barbed hooks and will be enforcing our rules with no exceptions. Expect to be told to leave the site with no refunds.

If this offends then please fish elsewhere, abuse to our staff, baillifs and wildlife will no longer be tolerated here.
