👋 Hello everyone! I felt it was about time to put a face to this page. With new inquiries and orders coming in, I thought it was only fitting to introduce myself properly.

I’m Liam, and last year I took the plunge to launch The Chocolate Project, aiming to create unique chocolates for special moments and occasions. With over 15 years of experience as a chef, I’ve had the privilege of working in many restaurants around the Cotswolds, 3 rosette and Michelin-starred establishments,alongside some fantastic chefs, including celebrity chefs. I’ve also had the privilege of even cooking privately for former President Bill Clinton! 🇺🇸

In my downtime, I love downhill mountain biking on steep and technical terrain, with Morzine being one of my favourite spots.

Im looking forward to sharing my experience and knowledge of flavours and texture combinations that’s been passed down through the kitchens I’ve worked in over the years. There will always be new and exciting products being added.
