Too hot to do much else than drill holes in ammonites for pendants to sell in our shop at Charmouth seafront under the heritage centre

When visiting Charmouth and looking for Ammonites
Watch out for patches of the heavier iron pyrite or fool’s gold
There’s a good chance that you might spot a pyrite ammonite in amongst it

A nodule I spotted on a very low tide along Charmouth Beach a while back
Shame wasn’t much good and the centre was crushed
But it’s a lot more common to find a ammonite like this than a perfect one that you see in shop or online

And should I remove it or leave it on the tooth
