Straight-Edge Manufacturing Ltd is a small growing company based in Burnham on Crouch. We are one of the last UK manufacturers of Professional Musical Equipment, making hand built guitar amplifiers and speaker cabinets along with PA systems for a number of well-known brands.

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic young person with a willingness to learn to expand our team of PA Builders. This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of making and building Speaker Cabinets and Guitar Amplifiers and how to use electric and traditional hand tools safely and effectively.

Skills Required:

Ability to work with a small team and take instructions.
Patient, able to learn a skilled trade from the ground up.
Punctual and reliable.
Has a means of transport (due to our location).

Working Hours:

Monday -Friday
Paid Hours (Excluding unpaid breaks):
40 hours per working week
Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 17.00 with 30 minute unpaid lunch breaks
Friday 08.00 to 14.00
10 minute paid tea breaks - AM and PM
