Are you an experienced Sound or Lighting Engineer who thrives on the road and can lead a crew with confidence?
We are a growing live production company looking for dependable, proactive professionals to join our team and deliver world-class service to our clients.
🌍 The Role & Requirements:
- Full-time positions based out of our Worcester headquarters.
- Supporting live shows across the UK and internationally.
- Heavy travel required, including staying away from home most weeks.
- Evening and weekend work (it's the nature of our industry!).
💪 What We Are Looking For:
- Industry Experience: You already have solid, practical experience in live sound or lighting.
- Leadership & Initiative: Confident working under your own initiative and directing others during setup, showtimes, and pack-down.
- Professionalism: Excellent at following company procedures safely and efficiently.
- Location: Ideally based in or near the West Midlands for an easy commute to our Worcester base.
- Logistics: Full UK Category B driving licence and fully comfortable driving a 3.5T Long Wheelbase (LWB) van.
