Peculiar V founder Stef Warde began making jewellery from her Brighton apartment in 2011 and debuted her first collection 'Curio' a year later. By 2014 she was making bespoke pieces for clients and lunched her 'Luxe' range, specialising in affordable fine jewellery. Stef's most popular body of work are her custom pieces, as seen below. Each piece is handmade in her Brighton studio using traditiona

l jewellery making techniques. Her experiences growing up in South East Asia with biracial bohemian parents, then England during the tail-end of the rave generation, and onwards to a transformative decade living in the headiness of Camden London, amalgamated into a deep love for counter cultures. True to this ethos, Stef loves to go against the grain with her jewellery designs, in favour of a rebellious, playful, rough-luxe aesthetic ♡

It’s been a minute , hope you had a good Easter weekend? I was stuck in Asia (luckily with fam) during the latest war raging on brought about by two delusional c***s in power. Bombarded minute by minute by the very sad, neg world we leave in makes me want to switch to analogue 😮‍💨 The heart is heavy but amongst all the s**t news, I’d like to shout about a beaut couple. I had the pleasure in remodelling her aunts jewels into a smiley face. Ode to their rave days. Massive love, no hate. Just good ol fashioned laughing, hugging and dancing. What humans are built for… connection… Thanks L&A 🤍 needed that x
