MAY’S COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS WAS A BLAST🍸

We had wind, we had smoke, we had Eton Mess cocktails and we had a bloody lovely bunch of people in the distillery garden.

And we’re doing it all again.

Saturday 4th July, 2pm.

If you’ve been meaning to come to one of our cocktail classes, this is your chance. You’ll make three cocktails, have a proper laugh, learn a few tricks, and hopefully leave slightly smug about your new shaking skills.

🍷🍸 Wine Meets Mixology Workshop

We are SO excited to launch something a little bit different at Devil’s D**e Distillery.

On Thursday 23rd July, we’ll be joined by Karl from Elwood Wines for a relaxed, sociable and interactive evening where wine meets spirits, and networking feels a lot more delicious.

This special workshop brings together wine tasting, cocktail making, cheese, charcuterie and good conversation in the distillery garden.

You’ll be welcomed with a drink on arrival before getting hands-on with two wine-inspired cocktails using Devil’s D**e spirits, selected wines, fresh ingredients, garnishes and mixers.

I’ll be guiding you through the cocktail-making side of things, showing you how to shake, stir, build and balance your drinks. Karl will talk you through the wines being used, sharing tasting notes, background, pairings and why they work so beautifully in cocktails.

Expect good drinks, good chat, and a few little “oh wow, that works” moments along the way.

After the workshop, the bar will stay open for an hour, so you can carry on chatting, enjoy a glass of wine, order a gin or cocktail, and sample more of the Devil’s D**e Distillery spirits range.

Two weeks into May madness and the news that 2 of my gins won GOLD in the awards is finally setting in!

What an absolute honour 💛 💚

36 counties entered and we bought the gold home!
These two are like my babies, so congratulations to my Chilli & Lime Gin and Limomcello Gin.

🏆🏆 TWO GOLD AWARDS. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL?! 🏆🏆

I genuinely cannot believe I’m writing this…

My Limoncello Gin 🍋 AND Chilli & Lime Gin 🌶️ have BOTH won GOLD at The Gin Guide Awards 2026 😵‍💫

Not finalists.
Not shortlisted.

GOLD.

Out of hundreds of entries from 36 countries, both gins were named amongst the highest scoring in their category during blind tastings… which honestly feels completely surreal.

Apparently all those late nights, sticky bottles, lemon-covered hands, exploding chilli experiments have paid off 😅🥵

The Gin Guide Awards are seriously respected in the industry and they don’t hand out Gold Awards lightly, which makes this feel even more special.

I’m properly blown away.

Huge thank you to everyone who’s supported Devil’s D**e Distillery, drank the gin, shared the madness, kept cheering me on and told me to go hotter. You’re all part of this win 🖤

What a brilliant class yesterday! Fully booked and celebrated a 50th birthday 🎂.
