My good friend is doing something amazing to help raise money for su***de awareness and prevention.

He is subjecting himself to an ice bath for 40 seconds every day for a month which symbolises 1 death by su***de of the 800,000 worldwide who die each year and finishing each session off with a shot.

As a group of friends we lost a very close friend to su***de 13 years ago this year so is something that is close to our hearts.

I have teamed up with children’s author Sam Jones to create a 12 page Christmas Story book.

An all original story Written by Sam and hand drawn illustrations to bring the story to life, created by myself.
