Meet our DIY Wedding Flower Buckets 🌸🌺🌻

Essentially, it’s exactly what it sounds like..a big, beautiful bucket overflowing with the absolute best of our seasonal, farm-grown flowers and gorgeous textured foliage. We cut them fresh from the field, condition them so they’re happy and drinking, and hand them over to you ready to design.

It’s perfect for hands-on couples who want their day to feel soulful, relaxed, and uniquely theirs.

The best part? It turns flower arranging into a beautiful pre-wedding ritual. Picture gathering your favourite people or your partner the day before, opening a bottle of something sparkling, and having the best time filling your bud vases and table jars. It’s not just about getting breathtaking, local flower, it’s about the memory you get to make together before the whirlwind even begins.

We work with you on a colour palette to match your vibe, and we can always create the bridal bouquets or buttonholes for you if that feels like a step too far.

Comment DIY for my free DIY Wedding Flower Guide, and free Flower Calculator, to work out how many buckets you will need.

Bridesmaid have to hold way too much stuff. Drinks, lip gloss, your train...

If you want your bridal party florals to feel a bit more wild and organic, these baskets are it. They have this gorgeous, effortless movement to them, and they look so beautiful just looped over an arm while everyone’s walking and laughing.

We tucked a hidden water source inside each one so the blooms stay perfectly fresh and vibrant all day, so zero concerns about wilting, but mostly we just love how romantic and unexpected they look 🙌

Lovely pic of Jess and I loading the van, just because 😆

🌿 The question I get asked again, and again, as a Flower Farmer Florist..

"So, what flowers did you have at your own wedding?"

I think people expect the answer to be a hyper calculated, military operation design. They imagine crisp, abundant perfection....giant arches, cascading urns...
However....I just used the things I loved, and let nature do the talking.

These photos are from a scorching, beautiful August day, standing right in the middle of the madness with my husband.

For my bouquet, I wanted a natural, scented celebration of the season. I packed it with delicate sweet peas, Shirley poppies, California poppies, and airy stems of ammi majus and cosmos. I anchored them with the moody, velvety depth of Burgundy Ice roses, rudbeckia, cornflowers, agapanthus, sea lavender, perovskia, and a touch of traditional myrtle and trailing jasmine.

And for the FLOWER CROWN I didn't want polite or subtle. I wanted fun, dramatic, and unapologetically giant...as I put it on, I quietly asked my Mum, 'is it too much?', to which she exuberantly replied, 'for you, never'...I love her a little bit more for that.. So, a massive crown overflowing with our finest dahlias, prefect for Glastonbury or a Cotswold Outdoor wedding in a walled garden.

We then danced, drank and laughed till dawn...you do you x

So delighted to provide the flowers for a truly high-quality florist on the launch tour of his amazing new book 📚

When Graeme from came to I cut Roses, Icelandic Poppies, Yellow Raspberries, Cornflowers and Corncockle for his live demo. Seeing Graeme work his magic with my flowers on stage was an absolute dream 🙌

This is the exact caliber of flowers we cut every week for our weddings and DIY Buckets.

Go grab a copy of Graeme’s book 'Life in Bloom' for the ultimate seasonal design inspiration, and if you want to play with the same quality ingredients for your own event, you know where to find us. 🕶️

Dua Lipa proved that stiff, boring wedding roses are dead. The era of the chaotic Icelandic poppy is officially here 🤩

They spend days looking like a furry little alien pod, and then boom, overnight they hatch into dramatic, delicate Queens.

Controlling Icelandic Poppies for a specific weekend timeline is enough to give any grower grey hairs, but look at them....totally, worth the stress.

Dua Lipa went with lemon 🍋
The soft peaches always have my heart 🍑

Thrilled to announce Silver Gilt at for Flowers from the Farm

It's been an incredible whirlwind, I'll share more over the next few days, but for now, thankyou for all the support, kind wishes and big, bear hugs.

I'm now heading home, as I have a little girl turning 7 tomorrow, a jam packed wedding weekend, and I can't wait to get my hands back in the soil.
