Pier 4 M45 with some fluff

Pier 4 Sigma 105mm 1.4 lens @ f2 with an ASI2600 OSC 12hrs total of 300s, 180s and 60s exposures. It’s taken all day to process it........
Processed with Pixinsight, Photoshop and Light room.......I cant stop smiling, I love Pier 4!!!

The Glorious Rho Ophiuchi - Imaged with Pier 4

I've been wanting to image this for over 30 years so you can imagine I was so happy when I had the opportunity to point Pier 4 at it. Finally got around to processing it and here is the result
Pre-processed and stacked in Pixinsight , processed mainly in Photoshop finished with Lightroom.

Ive just got back from roboscope.com observatory based at e-EyE in Spain working on the telescopes there. The AD250 on Pier 1 at had a Camera, Focuser and mount upgrade. Now boasting an FLI ML8300 camera, FLI Atlas focuser and not to mention the 10micron GM1000......a stunning set up!
