Father’s day five favourites! A few ideas here which may be helpful, as Father’s Day approaches in just over a weeks time!

We are also hosting a wonderful event in store THIS Saturday 13th June with some local favourite indies, for more gifting opportunities ! There will be a scrumptious tastings (and chance to pre order a food box) with and 🧀

The fabulous Vienna .studios will be painting bespoke enamel mugs for all of the papas, dads, daddas, grandpas and pops in your lives - check the grid for a peek of these 🎨

AND over in a brilliant live drawing booth experience for your littles and their fathers, dreamed and created by 🎟️ I’ve seen images of this being created and BOY is it going to be cute!!!

A collection for moments in the garden 🪴 🪏

Our monthly newsletter just went live with a smattering of my thoughts, updates on upcoming events and a peek into some new products that have come to the online site. Sign up via the website if you want to be in on the latest news.

I’m going to be working on growing this much more - adding in some conversations with makers we stock, and some more highlights of what goes on in this lovely city of ours. My youngest starts school in September and I’m hoping this might bring a little breathing space, and time to work on parts of the business I’ve been hoping to for so long. Finally start seeing some ideas lift off the paper! ✨

You’ve all been loving these teeny tomato candles in the shop! I can see why, they are so ridiculously cute. Handmade by in natural beeswax they are the dinkiest things for decorating cakes, or simply adorning a table or shelf (if you can’t bear to burn them!)

Took an unexpected break, but I’m back and goodness me is there a lot going on this May! Just in time for that sun to shine 🌞

Here’s another little weekend round up of events that have caught my eye; for those visiting the city, or interested in getting out and trying new things.

A well as being architecturally stunning, stacked full of wonderful coffee shops, gorgeous independent shops & scrumptious places to eat; Bath is vibrant and creative with interesting happenings most weekends, from small group activities to larger scale events.

One of the things I get told all the time in the shop, is how wonderful my selection of cards are. Introducing card subscription boxes now online. Also available as one off purchases.

Choose from monthly, 3 month or 6 month subscription boxes containing seasonal cards from the best UK based illustrators. Beautiful cards for sending heartfelt messages, notes of admiration, kindness and joy.

Boxes can also be purchased as one off items too, if you need a top up of your card stash!

Open 10-5 today and the shop is filled with some truly lovely handmade, artisan goods from local makers in the south west of the UK, and further afield.

Plus, I’ve started adding in of my vintage finds, like those stunning plates which I’m a bit sad about selling 🤣
