With half term around the corner, we thought we’d better let you know our opening hours so you can get prepared 😁

Please note we will be CLOSED on Bank Holiday Monday 25th May.

We will then be open:

✨ Tuesday - Saturday: 10am–5pm at both Basildon & Fobbing
✨ Sunday: 10am–4pm at Fobbing

We always recommend booking during the holidays as we never know how busy we’ll be. Bookings take priority and we’d hate to have to turn anyone away, although walk-ins are always welcome if we have space available 😊

We can’t wait to see you all during half term 🫶

A rare opportunity for weekend waiting staff has become available at 53 Fobbing.

We are looking for experienced staff only — sorry, no applicants without hospitality experience. You must be confident working within a fast-paced, hardworking team environment, as weekends here are extremely busy.

Working at 53 really does feel like being part of a close team — our staff become family.

• Competitive rates of pay
• Shared tips
• Typical hours are 9:00am–3:30pm
• Extra hours may occasionally be available
