Good Morning & Happy Sunday

Today is Day seven of Cindy Mobey - Freelance Writer and today is a frequently asked questions from your customers.

My Most Frequently Asked Question Is:-

"Are the shells real?"

Yes.

Every shell is a genuine oyster shell, carefully cleaned, prepared and personalised by hand. The shells are sourced as a by-product from a Welsh oyster farm and the restaurant industry, helping reduce waste while creating something beautiful.

Good Morning
It is day 6 of the social media challenge by Cindy Mobey - Freelance Writer and today is all about your favourite product or service.

After many years of painting and personalising shells, I still enjoy that process, but invitations allow me to be creative in a completely different way.

I love researching wedding styles, colour palettes, venues and destinations before turning those ideas into a design that reflects a couple's vision for their day.

From elegant country house weddings to coastal celebrations and destination weddings abroad, every design starts with inspiration and evolves into something unique.

It's the combination of creativity, design and research that makes invitation design my favourite part of what I do.

I'd love to know what part of your own work or hobby do you enjoy most?

Have a wonderful Day

Today is all about analytics.

I’ve been looking through my recent social media and the results have been really interesting.

My most viewed posts weren’t the generic morning greetings.

Instead, they were:

So going forward, what would you like to see more of? destination wedding inspiration, invitation tips, wedding websites and styling ideas? I’d love to know.

Good morning

Day 4 of the Cindy Mobey - Freelance Writer challenge.

Today is about a challenge you have had to overcome and although we can all relate to customer issues and complain my biggest challenge has been scale, stock and time management.

These challenges have been challenging and learning how to scale custom orders while keeping everything handmade and to my own exacting standards has been hard.

Some orders contain 150 + personalised shells, each individually prepared and finished.

It taught me the importance of planning, organisation and having systems in place behind the scenes.

The lesson?

Growth isn’t about working faster.
It’s about working smarter.

What’s a challenge you’ve overcome recently?

Hello Wednesday!

Today is day three of cindymobeymarketing ten day social media challenge!

Wedding Invitation Tip ✨

One of the most common questions I receive is:

“What paper should I use if I’m printing my invitations at home?”

For the best results, I always recommend a smooth heavyweight cardstock between 250gsm and 300gsm.

• Thick enough to feel luxurious
• Less likely to curl when printed
• Produces crisp text and beautiful colour reproduction
• Suitable for most home printers

I would avoid standard printer paper, as even the most beautiful invitation design can lose its impact if printed on thin paper.

A good quality cardstock instantly makes your invitations feel more professional and special.

If you’re planning your wedding stationery, you can print at home or using a professional printing company.

Good morning,
Day 2 of my challenge and today is about me and the why!

I’m Jacqueline, the face behind Ribbonaire Sands.

I create every piece from my kitchen in Essex using sustainable shells sourced from a Welsh oyster farm and the Norfolk coast restaurant industry.

It began from the love of the sea and childhood memories. From hand collected shells decoupaged with designs as a small side hustle to a part time job in jewellery, has grown into a full time wedding business helping couples create weddings filled with personal details and lasting memories.

I still get excited every time a couple sends photographs from their wedding day showing my creations in place and hope for many more to come!

What inspired you to start something you’re passionate about?

Good morning;

Over the next ten days I shall be going cindymobeymarketing on a social media challenge and though it would be a great opportunity to share more about me and my business, I hope you can all join me!

Today is about my brand personality.

When I created Ribbonaire Sands, I wanted to bring together three things I love most: the coast, beautiful design and meaningful celebrations.

Every item is designed to help couples create a wedding that feels personal to them, whether that’s personalised oyster shell place names, invitation suites, wedding websites or planning tools.

If I had to describe my business in three words, they would be:

• Coastal
• Elegant
• Meaningful

What three words best describe your own style?

✨ Hello Monday ✨

A new week begins, and with it comes fresh orders, new ideas, and plenty of coffee ☕️

There’s something satisfying about starting the week with a busy workspace, a getting it done tick list, and a collection of shells waiting to become part of someone’s special day.

This week will be a mix of creating, packing, planning, and working on new designs behind the scenes. Every order that leaves my kitchen workshop is a reminder of the weddings, celebrations, and memories still to come.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, counting down to a special event, or simply starting another busy week, I hope Monday is kind to you.

Here’s to a productive week ahead.
