Payment is via paypal, credit or debit cards, I do not carry stock, each item is made to order and if the item is to be posted then payment must be made in full before I start work on your order. If your item arrives and has been damaged in transit, then you must notify me within 48 hours and provide proof of the damaged item and packaging to ensure a full refund. If your item becomes lost in tran

sit then I will endeavour to remake and send your item providing there is enough time for me to do this. Claims for a lost parcels will not be accepted before this time has elapsed. If you receive your item and it's incorrect in any way, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt of parcel. Items will be refunded in full providing they are returned back to me in an unused condition within 14 days. You will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Inline with PayPal policies, I only ship to the address shown on the transaction details, unless the item is being purchased as a gift and I am provided with an alternative postage address when you place your order. Please can I ask that your address is up to date and is correct. In the case of the postal address being incorrect and the parcel is delivered to third party, I will not be able retrieve the product. In such case unfortunately the refund/replacement will not be offered. Unwanted items can not be refunded. All my products are made by hand and only to order, therefore unfortunately I cannot offer a refund. I endeavour to dispatch all orders within 28 days of receiving full payment unless a earlier turnaround as been agreed and will be noted on the invoice in this instance, this may increase during peak timesDelivery times is estimated but not guaranteed and once an item leaves me, it's arrival time is out of my control, therefore I cannot offer a refund if item arrives late
