Pallet Repairer – Full Time (40 Hours)
📍 C. Morgan Pallets Limited – Bargoed
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Pallet Repairer to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
This is a hands-on role in a busy yard environment, ideal for someone who isn’t afraid of physical work and enjoys being part of a small team.
🛠️What you’ll be doing:
Repairing damaged pallets
Sorting, stacking, and moving pallets
General yard work and housekeeping
Using tools and machinery safely
Keeping the yard, canteen, and welfare areas clean and tidy
Following health & safety procedures and wearing PPE at all times

Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Willing to follow training and safety procedures
Positive attitude and team player
🎓 Training & Requirements:
Willingness to attend manual handling and health & safety training
Willingness to complete a full health surveillance check
Willingness to attend basic first aid training
Forklift experience is a bonus (training can be provided)
💰 Pay & Hours:
40 hours per week (full-time)
Paid at National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage (depending on age)
