🦋 Britain’s Favourite Butterfly has been announced… the Peacock Butterfly an absolute show stopper with striking colours and eye spots! 💜

As lavender season unfolds, Mayfield becomes a haven for butterflies, bees and other pollinators, making it the perfect place to slow down, explore nature and see what you can spot amongst the lavender 🌿

And if you’d like to contribute to a national conservation effort, the Butterfly Conservation Butterfly Conservation Big Butterfly Count takes place from 17th July – 9th August, helping experts understand how Britain’s butterflies are faring.
