People often ask me what the hardest part of building Lavolio has been.
It wasn’t leaving investment banking.
It was learning that entrepreneurship isn’t one brave decision, it’s thousands of small ones, made over and over again, especially on the days when no one is clapping.
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt over the past 13 years, it’s this:
Persistence beats brilliance far more often than we admit.
