Reviving artistry, one detail at a time.

At Manoir d’Anton, we believe every painting carries a history worth preserving. Our restoration process combines careful observation, traditional craftsmanship and modern conservation expertise to stabilise, repair and revive each artwork with sensitivity to its age and character.

Our work also extends beyond the canvas. We restore antique and decorative frames using traditional methods and carefully selected materials, from structural repairs and the reconstruction of missing ornament to surface cleaning, gesso work, gilding and sympathetic retouching. Wherever possible, original material is retained and every intervention is approached with restraint.

The aim is never to make an artwork or frame look newly made, but to preserve its integrity, recover its presence and allow it to be appreciated for generations to come.
